hello, we are justin, emanwela
and their two children, salix and fabien. we are variously from London,
Oxford, Malta, and Scotland! Depends on our moods and the company!
justin and emanwela met on a 'protest site' (Crystal Palace), where j
was living in a willow tree (hence Salix's name...) in a magnificent
tree house.
we want to reduce our ecological footprint and learn to live a
lifestyle in harmony with our environment. trust our food and have
happy children.
so we upped sticks and fled the uk in 2000, in an iveco truck that j
kitted out beautifully (if you visit us you can stay in the very truck
- for a limited time as we may have sold it on). we bought some land
and buildings in the village of Fa, in the Aude, France. we are now
fairly ensconced, the garden is blooming, the trees are growing, the
children are bi-lingual, and the project storms on, with help from
plenty of sources.
We love our lifestyle and every day that passes with us throwing less
money into the coffers of big business is a day gained for Gaia.
